About Kevin

I’m Kevin McNee.

I help men become the man they trust to lead their own lives.

You may have built meaningful success. You’re capable, responsible, and often the person others turn to for answers.

And still, something important may feel unresolved.

A conversation you keep putting off. Tension in your relationship. A decision you don’t trust yourself to make. Or the sense that the life you’ve worked hard to build no longer feels fully yours.

I work with men who are ready to face what’s happening, reconnect with themselves, and take responsibility for what comes next.

Through private mentorship and Men For More, I help men develop the clarity, grounded presence, and self-trust to communicate honestly, deepen their relationships, and build a life they feel alive in.

My story

I know what it’s like to look capable while struggling inside.

Before becoming a coach and mentor, I spent seven years as a PGA of Canada Golf Professional, earning a nomination for PGA of BC Assistant Professional of the Year.

I later moved into oil and gas and corporate management, leading large teams and carrying responsibility for hundreds of employees.

Those experiences taught me a great deal about people, pressure, and leadership. They also showed me how easily a man can become consumed by being useful, dependable, and successful while losing connection with himself.

I saw it in the men around me. I lived it myself.

My own journey has required me to face painful truths about how I was showing up, take responsibility for the ways I had hurt others, and learn to stay present through conversations and emotions I once avoided.

That work continues to shape how I lead, how I support men, and the beautiful relationship I share with my partner, Alana, today.

Sovereign leadership

Leadership starts with how you meet yourself.

For me, sovereign leadership means having the freedom and capacity to choose how you live.

It means knowing what matters to you, expressing what’s true, and making decisions you can stand behind—even when the outcome is uncertain.

It asks you to notice when fear, pressure, or old patterns are making your decisions for you. To find your ground. To choose consciously. And to follow through.

  1. 01Notice.
  2. 02Ground.
  3. 03Choose.
  4. 04Lead.

This is the practice at the heart of my work.

We bring it into the places where it matters: the difficult conversation with your partner, the boundary you need to uphold, the decision you’ve been delaying, and the way you respond when life doesn’t go as planned.

The work

How I work with men

I bring my experience in leadership, relationships, men’s groups, breathwork, and personal growth into a space where you can speak honestly and be met with care and challenge.

Together, we explore what is happening in your life, what keeps repeating, and what you want to change. We pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and body, then turn what you discover into something you can practice.

I will stand beside you, ask difficult questions, reflect what you may not yet see, and help you practice a different way forward.

Your decisions remain yours. My role is to help you develop the capacity to make them and meet what follows.

You are not here to abandon everything you have built. You are here to stop abandoning yourself within it.

Men For More

Why Men For More exists

I created Men For More because men need places where they can be honest about their lives and experience meaningful connection.

Places where they can receive support, be challenged, and learn to ask for what they need. Where they can bring the parts of themselves they usually keep hidden and discover that other men understand.

Through our community, Mastermind, and gatherings, men practice showing up with greater presence, responsibility, and honesty.

I care about this because how a man leads himself reaches into his relationship, his family, his work, and the people who rely on him.
